I have never had a bad experience with the service reps. Every one in that area has been professional and helpful. They are busy, there is a lot of people waiting so what you may think is rude is actually being focused on helping customers move through the system.

You shouldn't be dealing directly with the workers. The people who guide you at the service counter have been nothing but professional and helpful in the 10+ years I've been going there.
