My niece came into this shop about 3 weeks ago to get her wedding dress altered. She was rudely told by the owner that she was fat and that their wasn’t anything she could do. Wow!!! How very unprofessional and very disrespectfully. In no way shape or form is the bride to be fat. And for the owner of this company to say this to not only my niece or to any one. Is awful and uncalled for. I have filed a formal complaint against this business with the BBB. Word of mouth is huge on businesses and could make or break them. I would never say anything nice about this company. Never ever

The lady that owns this business is such a sweet person! If Eagle River ever loses her, it would be a sad day. Awesome example of a true small local business! I’ve been using her service for years and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend her!
