Friendly check in. Clean rooms. We ended up staying one night, checking out for another leg of our trip, and returning for another night. Location is convenient if you have a car to explore with. Luckily for us, it ended up being almost directly across the street from our rental car location. Good choices for breakfast.

Positive: Nice and clean to start with. Okay location Negative: They never cleaned our room, gave us fresh towels, nor took out the trash for 4 days. I had to call to the front desk each night, letting them know the room was not cleaned. Then ask that they bring us towels as we had used the set from the day before.

It was nice, but I'm definitely a bit more meticulous when it comes to cleaning. There were these stains, or "gunk" on the side table and ceiling that could be easily missed, darn my attention to detail. Besides that though, the bed wasn't the most comfortable, super stiff. The free continental breakfast at 0600-0900 was actually great! It's not like we were staying long, only an overnight trip in Anchorage so I'd say it was pleasant enough, but clearly nothing fancy.

For the price and top notch customer service, this place was a life saver as no one else in town would let me bring my small fur child with me. To top it all off, the room was updated, clean to excellence! Very friendly hotel staff greeting every time I've come back and forth to the lobby. Thanks guys!
