Beware! I would give 0 stars if I could. They tried to charge $200 extra for supposed damage to both mattresses and sheets. I will admit, my hair dye leaked onto a pillow. I would willing pay for a replacement pillow, but when I asked for proof of the damage, he claimed they hadn't taken pictures of the mattresses. Of the pictures that were provided not all were even of the same color as my hair dye.

Worst service I have ever experienced! This place can't handle the very basics of hotel management. The manager (Paul) gets angry and talks back to customers for problems he creates. Here on government travel, they refused to waive taxes, which is legally required. Another customer checked in and his room was not cleaned from the previous stay: he had dirty towels and sheets, and missing blankets. How do you let somebody check into a dirty room? This made me question the cleanliness of my room, which smelled like body odor, but I did not have any other options in the area. The window of my room had no screen, which is an issue when trying to air out the room with the summer mosquitos. There is no cleaning service - we stayed for 5 nights and there is no option for cleaning, towel replacement, etc. On check out, the manager got angry with us when we requested a printed receipt. Their system is to write your email on a post-it and "promised" they would email the receipt. This place is an embarrassment and you will regret staying here.

Horrible. Their website doesn't work, so don't book there. Also, good chance there's no rooms available despite faulty systems

DO NOT RESERVE THIS HOTEL. 2 days before our August 10th arrival, I discovered this hotel was closed just by happening to read previous reviews. Reserved and prepaid for in March 2021 along with our airline reservations.. Received absolutely NO NOTICE of this. Currently working on a close to $1000 refund.
