I have a car loan with them. I make my payments in cash through 7-Eleven. I have COVID -19 tested positive and got really sick. I called to tell them I was going to be late on my payment because I had COVID and they transferred me to this person with the name Irene. She was very rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t find anyone to make my payments on Friday (yesterday) so she called today Saturday. I answered the phone and explained to her I had no one to make the payment for me and that I had the payment in cash. She was very rude and unprofessional and hanged up on me. But I did explain that I wasn’t going to put other people at risk just because she wanted the payment now that it didn’t work like that. I have paperwork of my test being positive but she didn’t care. I will be going to 7-Eleven after I post this to make my payment I apologize to my community. I will try to be extra careful and I will tell the clerk I am positive but that Gold Acceptance wants their payment NOW. I can’t afford for Gold Acceptance to come and take the car away. WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!! I paid off my vehicle over 3 years ago and they have a LIEN on my vehicle !! Called in several times kept getting transferred, finally spoke w/Jennifer she was suppose to give me a call for my tracking number since notary had to sign the paper work and still NOT received !! NEVER received a call back nor did customer service answer to get the tracking number !! Per Jennifer documents were suppose to arrive today and they never did !! Very unprofessional and does not follow through on empty promises

I fell behind 1 month and 2 weeks due to me moving residence. 2 repo guys came to my place and broke into my car talking about i owed them 3 months in payments. I called them right away and let them know i was 1 week away from getting my tax refund and i would not only pay my 2 months but i will also pay a month in advance. The broad on the phone told me i couldnt pay my car because i owed 2 months and i wasnt going to be able to catch up.i explained over and over again but she just kept insulting me saying i was broke. I got my car repossessed and when i got my taxes called to pay. They said i owed over $1800.00 dollars !!! I said it waz only 2 months and one plus added up to $750 but they said i had to pay tow and a bunch of other fees to get it back .... Scum of a woman trash and unprofessional company .... Trash !!!!

This is not a question. I have been dealing with them for I would say a Year now, and everything was going fine, I was making my payments, and then I had some family move in, and they just threw everything I had going off, and so I got behind in my payments, and I have been speaking with Irene, and she talks to me like I am stupid, and is always so Condescending, and tries to over talk me, I have been telling her that I will make my payments when I can, and I make Partial payments, but every time I speak with her, it is always the same response "If this payment is not made, I am going to come pick the car up, You cannot keep doing this, you are going to lose this car" But when i just tell them to come get it, she wanna change her tune, and try and get me to make a payment, I had recently lost my job, an I am doing every thing I can to make sure that I keep this car, but I am just looking to get rid of it honestly, and part it out, but I love the car, why is it that she feels she can speak to anyone this way, their Customer Service is Horrible, I feel all the Females there are women you do not want to speak to, I have had a Male call me, and I was able to get caught up for a short time, and then Irene just came right back, to threatening to take the car again if I do not make my payments when SHE wants me to make them. I do not recommend this company at all, to anyone, I hope the go out of Business, or these women that feel they can talk to anyone any kind of way are put in their place, and made to understand life happens, and you cannot speak to people any kind of way.

I agree with all these post these people are very very disrespectful..I told them the way they talk to people is the same way people are going to react ...as for me i told them if you guys want anything from me "come correct" period!!!

They recently did that to us, we are on our last two payments then all of a sudden they added 1400 to our account for insurance lapse. We have had continuous insurance throughout owning our vehicle. They dont discuss anything only leave you threats. They added it to my credit also. I'm very upset with the who situation. They need to get there S*** together. Terrible company
