They are the worst company to deal with they are rude and they add charges to ur account when u have insurance they say you don't and charge you for it they did that to us 3 times then it got repoed on us for 1 payment then charge you an additional

They recently did that to us, we are on our last two payments then all of a sudden they added 1400 to our account for insurance lapse. We have had continuous insurance throughout owning our vehicle. They dont discuss anything only leave you threats. They added it to my credit also. I'm very upset with the who situation. They need to get there S*** together. Terrible company
