They are the worst customer service. They just want thier money they help no one. They are rude, poor service. How do we file a complaint. They have a worker that screams and talks to customer in rude tone and then hangs up on us. Her name is julie.

I agree with all these post these people are very very disrespectful..I told them the way they talk to people is the same way people are going to react ...as for me i told them if you guys want anything from me "come correct" period!!!

I have a guy named Julo and he calls at 7 pm and is rude, disrespectful and is really just down right mean. These people do realize we dont actually owe money to them and its their company who bought our debt for pennys on the dollar!?

This is so true and try and tell me how to pay my bill. I pay it how I want to. They block me from making payments online. No matter how I pay it I'm paying a fee. Ignorant people

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they are very rude you can owe them under 500 and they still will try to find away to harass you tell you they're going to pick your car up if you miss a payment you could have an emergency and the guy Julio wouldn't care very rude and unprofessional
