This review is strictly for the management/office. We had a great experience with our neighbors and even cleaning/maintenance staff. However, the office was/is HORRIBLE. They NEVER EVER work with you on anything. They are scammers and are trying to charge us for things upon move-out that are just strictly normal wear and tear. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Listen to the reviews, you will have a good experience during your time as long as you don't have to interact with the office. However, when you move out it will be a complete nightmare and they will try and charge you for things that are not valid. Again, DO NOT RENT HERE. Do not give these people your money.

Toured Madison Park apartmens and it is well maintained, units are very nice and we loved the layout. I especially liked the amenities; clean gym, yoga room, etc., great computer room, and thoughtful package service, etc. Office associates are very pleasant, efficient and professional.

Be careful... The Madison Park Apartment Homes evaluation of income is not typical in my experience, and as far as I could tell there is no upfront information about their atypical requirements. In my case I paid the $50 application fee as the guarantor and my son paid $50 as the applicant only to be rejected. Even though I showed proof (pay stubs, tax docs) that my income many times over qualifies me for the 5X rent requirement they would not accept that because I do not typically deposit my full check into my checking account. I would be okay with this if I had known this requirement up front or even if this was a typical practice, but that has never come into play with any of the loans (cars/houses/LOC's) that I have applied for or any rental application that I have filled out for which (up until now) I have a 100% approval rate on.. Now not only did I not get approved for my son's apartment, but we are out the $100 in application fees. Seems scamish.... Require an application fee, and then find flimsy reasons to decline the application... Boom - $100 earned.

DO NOT LIVE HERE !! They will issue a warning of eviction without prior notice due to “unpaid utilities” despite you placing everything on auto-pay. AND they will tow your car if you have it the guest lot despite having the guest sign permit. The front office is often difficult to reach via phone and are very blatantly hands-off regardless of what problems you have with property management or the property itself.

Worse management ever
Yes, they have a few nice units for show and the rest are horrific.

I believe you have to pay off your remaining balance. So like if your lease is 12 months and you only stay 6 months yo have to pay off the other six
