Shelf tag had a sale price but register rang full price. Cashier went and got the shelf tag and claimed it was a different item. It was clearly written it was for the item I wanted. He insisted what the register rings up is "correct". Having a sign that says one thing, then charging something different is called FALSE ADVERTISING. Refusing to do a one time adjustment for a customer who finds the discrepancy is called BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why would I shop there again? I won't. You should consider avoiding them too. Or at least check your reciept item by item. They might be over charging you

The staff here are pretty friendly and helpful. And when they had difficulties with a banned alcoholic that was harassing them when my partner was getting ready to leave the store, they made sure to have her wait inside a few minutes (they had moved the alcoholic outside) until security intervened.

The guys the work the register are complete a holes. They offer little to no help on the products and are very rude. I will from now on take my business to any other liquor mart then eastport
