Update: My second visit could possibly be better than my first! Once again I was greeted by friendly, personable and knowledgeable staff. I was promptly given a loaner vehicle and made it to work on time. My vehicle's routine service was performed, and the technician went above and beyond to repair a tire that has been leaking for months. I will not trust anyone else with my car but Danbury Audi! First Visit: Scheduling was a breeze, with a courteous call to remind me of my appointment. Check-in was easy and all of the attendants and service staff were kind and personable. My service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous. My wait time was adequate for the services performed. The coffee and wifi were a bonus, and allowed me to work while I waited. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
