These guys are the best in the biz! I had 2 subwoofers installed on separate occasions, and could not have been happier with my experience! Melissa and Hai are great, helpful and kind people. So are all of the gentlemen who worked on the vehicle, and I wish I remembered everyone’s names. I had a few issues with the first speaker, and the team gladly checked up on it twice at no cost to me. After the second checkup they offered some much needed advice and made suggestions for different speakers that might work better for my needs. I returned the speaker and bought a new one. Safe to say I am extremely pleased with my system now. I am so grateful for the extra work and advice this team offers for their customers. Can’t imagine why I’d go anywhere else! Bottom line is these people do good, honest work, and they stand behind everything they do. They are also extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. All kind, genuine people. Could not have asked for more!

New post Nov 19 2020. This is my latest update...5 out of 5 holds on my second vehicle install. I purchased online special large display android system for my 4x4. They installed it perfectly. Including the cameras front and rear. I am very happy with the quality of work. Nice attention to not scratching my dash and the running of wires worked out well. 2 year old post. This is a small shop with a couple of talented car audio entrepreneurs. I bought a sony 2xDIN , backup cam, new antenna. They fixed the install appearance and antenna problems I had from a redwood city store years ago. I like that they handle the warranty for the items you buy from them. Many make you go to the manufacturer yourself once the sale is over. Not a store with a hundreds of items bought in bulk, stocked and push on you. Instead it's more like a shop that only carries the small variety of items with today's most desired features. Items that work well enough they choose to support. They have fees for installing things you buy online. But going there to see the features will most likely provide you more confidence to purchase something from them. Almost forgot to mention they installed a little device so my original steering wheel radio controls function with the system.
