We bought a TTK Company Prestige 10 litre pressure Cooker and a defective piece with broken handle and ill fitting lud was given and when visted next day the lady at the shop may be a manager without even caring to understand the issue brushed aside and only arguing. The salesman who gave us the piece was asked go inside and not allowed to speak out since his statement will help us. They have no value for customers. They thrive on business with Indians from Southern India presently at Bay area.

This was our go to Indian grocery store but today the experience was really bad. The prices mentioned on shelves are all wrong and when you asked them to price match they say it’s old. Afterwards the lady came back and told us no there was some system error and you can take it for price mentioned. Finally we were done with checkout then another person came and said we cannot give it for 11.99 you have to return the item. Horrible customer experience, we are not coming back. Also everyone should check there bill while shopping here.
