Nice cozy local Safeway. You know you're in a good neighborhood when they don't have to lock up the liquor! Friendly staff, good fresh peppers selection too.

The fruit at this Safeway is always sad looking and the produce section is laid out weird with all of the berries being in the refrigerated open top cases near the door and the rest past the floral department. Was told my Arizona drivers license was invalid after the cashier swiped it (she said their registers don't support barcode scanning) and had I not had my spouse with me, I wouldn't have been able to walk out with one of the main reasons for my visit. I had just used my license less than two hours before at Target and had zero issues.

Small feeling Safeway but why are there so many of them near each other?? Can’t complain since the line is much shorter compares to the one on 150 El Camino Real. Some produce are kinda spoiled but as long as you dig deep, you’ll fine a better one underneath.

This Safeway is always great. It's clean and organized, staff is very friendly, and there's plenty of self checkout stations so you can be in and out. It has a little Starbucks kiosk inside too, so you can get your Starbucks fix while you shop. I highly recommend this Safeway.
