I really enjoyed my stay at Juniper and hope to be back soon! The staff was fantastic, super friendly and available for assistance if needed. The room (a King suite) was spacious, comfortable and clean. Parking was plentiful in the garage conveniently attached to the hotel. The restaurant and bar have great options and service. At different times i had the truffle burger and fries, waffle and eggs, omelette, and lattes. All of these were great! I do wish there were more breakfast options outside of the buffet but overall, I have no complaints on the quality and timelines of the meals. I waited no more than 5-10 mins for anything and the bartenders/waiters were super friendly and accommodating. I brought my dog as well and they were very cool with her. As I walked her a few times a day, I often ran into managers or staff in the halls and elevator and they always greeted us with a smile and some kind words. Really can’t say anymore than this is a top destination for me when I come to Cupertino for business!

Positive: The staff at the Juniper are wonderful! They go out of their way to make guests feel at home! Negative: The pool was three blocks away from the hotel. It is lovely but difficult for disabled to access.

Great area with lots of food options. Entrance from street is kind of hidden. We missed it and had to go around. FREE parking in the garage. Garage has or 4 level, so plenty. We felt safe. Clean room. Bed and pillows were super comfortable! Only complaint is the TV. It had no signal half of the time we were there. Staffs were nice. Elevators are super fast. No more than 2 min wait time. Will stay again.

Positive: I love how professionally the staff are and how helpful they are. This is one of my favorite places to stay as the staff are professional and are very helpful. Negative: The elevators are a bit old, but they are not an issue at all and something very minor. I would say this hotel is a solid choice.
