The manager is rude and dismissive. She needs customer service training. I'm very disappointed on how this manager handled and responded to my situation. One of her employees OFFERED to hold my items for me, I didn't even ask. I came in and nothing was held. I wouldnt have went out of my way; drove as far as I did and rescheduled my plans if that was the case. I'm not mad at her, she had amazing customer service, mistakes happen. when I called Ellen the manager, who worked that night on 08/06/22, to confirm the whereabouts of my items, she wanted to argue and repeat" your item are put back, we dont hold." Which is understandable, but Ellen didnt have to be rude and disrespectful about it. Manager Ellen Argued with me about what the cashier said when she was only there for one of the transactions I made that night. She didnt have to nasty. it should have been a simple apology & solution. I was upset, but not disrespectful, I didn't raise my voice or anything. Dont upset the already upset customer, that how things escalate. This lady needs training. As for the girl that offered to hold my items, I'm sure it wasnt her fault, I dont want her to get in trouble. Hopefully, she can teach manager Ellen how to customer service.
