Really bad online order pickup experience today at De Anza Target. The email said the order was ready for pickup, but when we got there, the rep can't find the item, then she looked what's in the store and said it's no longer available in store. Then we went to the isle and found 5 of them there. They said their system said there's no stock, which completely wrong. There system is so messed up. And why at the first place it sends me email saying the order was ready for pickup?

I love this Target anyway because it's spacious and has nice displays. Today a sales person of whom I asked a question not only knew the answer she found me several good alternatives. Wow! A sales person that knows their products and their store. Great!
