Super unreliable and make claims about a failed delivery attempt when they never actually show up at my apartments. I want my package.

If I could give lower stars, I would. This FedEx location is absolutely a mess and incredibly unreliable. They "relabel" perfectly good and legible tags that then get sent off no where near where they are supposed to go. I had 2 shipments literally being delivered to a place IN Santa Fe Springs, and they sent it out to Kansas and the other to Tennessee for some bizarre reason. For the other packages, going to the same facility as the ones that got lost, they deliver before business hours, or WAY after business hours. The businesses have their hours logged in FedEx's system, so why in the world a package that made it on the truck at 6am and doesn't attempt to get delivered until 8pm...seriously. They need to get their act together, because it is unacceptable.

Someone here definitely stole my PlayStation 5. First they said they attempted delivery, which they didn't do because I was home all day and not once did a driver knock on the door. Then the status was on pending for 3 days and eventually I went in person to pick it up but was told they couldn't find the package and not sure where it was. I'm filing a claim with both FedEx and sonys shipping. Avoid FedEx at all cost

I was sooooooooo upset! I tried to lift/ pull a 110 pound box upstairs. WHICH FELT like 500 lbs. I called and explained that the delivery person did not deliver the package to my unit and could they pls come back. The initial person I started speaking with stated she made a note and they will not be coming back. She also asked if there was some one in the building who could help me? I stated NO. I WAS SO FRUSTRATED! I asked to speak with a supervisor and they transferred me to another lady. I cant remember her name. Her communication skills were on point. Every thing she said she was going to do she did. And she even called me to follow up in a timely manner. I dozed off waiting for them to come back. By 10pm it was near my door right side up! Because it was upside down. Thank you 2nd fed ex worker for assistance.
