I've been waiting on a delivery from fedex since Wednesday they changed it to Thursday they changed it to Friday and now they're changing it to Saturday... this is something that goes on all the time ..from this day forward I will tell every shipper that I have to do not ship with fedex... the USPS UPS they all deliver the package when they say they're going to deliver that don't keep changing it 3 days in a row so let's see if tomorrow Saturday you honestly deliver my package in Long Beach I doubt it but you know that's what he says and I thought you were going to deliver it today and you didn't so I expect my package tomorrow...and Fedex we give you a 0 beause you're not good....👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Driver never came to my address but that driver knowingly didn't deliver my package. He just marked the package as business closed, even though i don't see any fedex driver at 11 Am. The driver is too lazy to deliver the package. Get rid of that driver

I have called 3 days in a row to inform them to leave my package at the entrance of my building. I call customer service and they say there are no notes that I require to be home to receive the item, 2 times that I have called I have been hung up on and mind that I have not been rude to the customer service team. I confirmed each time I called that the address is correct, I also requested that the driver call me at the time of drop off. I have gotten two notifications that the address is incorrect and a third that I wasn't home to accept the package. I have also asked if I can pick it up at a facility as I need this for my grad program and they have told me no. Am I suppose to wait until the decide it can be delivered?

Always friendly, great service, love the late 730 PM cut off for West Coast pkgs. About 99% of the time packages make it on time. Exceptions are weather, can't control mother nature. I do wish the drop off area was a little larger, can't fit more than maybe 2-3 people comfortably. So if someone is picking up a package, the front desk may be empty, if they have one 1 person working it, but you can drop off packages. If you need a receipt you'll have to wait your turn. Still a great location if you need to make a late drop off. Prefer this service to the brown truck carriers who have completely lost packages after being dropped of inside their stores, glad I had receipt to prove pkg was dropped.
