I actually want to thank Kimco Staffing for the amazing opportunity they got me a great job material handler/ forklift. I'm blessed to say thanks Leslie Ramirez and Reyna Alvarado for this opportunity. I'm walking to a new journey in life. Moving on to another agency or something else. Don't get me wrong after my job they took forever to get me another one and plus after I told them to do a background check that's when they offer me alot work but for the cause they just weren't professional at their work places. First they got me a good job for $22 hour, i was happy but my happiness only lasted one day. Once the supervisor knew how much i was going to earn., he called kimco and told them that he didn't need me anymore he also defamed me saying that i didn"t know how to drive the forklift when i have several years of experience., he also said that i stole a marker, when he told me to keep it in my car for the next day because if i leave it on the forklift i will not find it the next day, this guy is a poorminded, envious and hypocrite person just because he was working with another agency that was paying him less money, also he was new in his charge.my recruiter (susie quiroz) didn't do nothing about it instead she offered me others less paid jobs and she sounded angry when i didn't accept that kind of jobs.,kimco biggest mistake is they always believe someone with a title, that's why people file complaints against employers because they don't treat all employees equally.,this is not about money is all about respect.

I have been working for Kimco for over year and a half now and I cannot say one bad thing about them. My experience with them has been very different from what I went through with other staffing companies. First of all they do not just stick you in a random job. They ask you what type of work you are looking for and what type of skills you have. I did not have any skills in human resources yet but I did have my bachelors and I was bilingual. They talked to me about all the positions they had available and told me that their was one that was perfect for me. Sure enough they gave me some tips on how to dress and some mock interviews and I crushed the interview. Thanks to Kimco I received my first job out of college and I loved the experience. Not only have they helped me find a job but I have also hired employees from Kimco during my time working in HR that they got me. When I worked together with Kimco perspective employees who came in looking for work were aware of the operations within the company and the type of work we had. I would give them tours of the work place and if they were pleased they would get the job. I would say that it was for the most part all the employees that were hired within Kimco that were the happiest for many reasons. First off we do not have paper based time sheets. Its all electronic and all you have to do is punch in. Kimco is fully transparent with the employees. If the work is heavy or quick paced they tell you. Employees I would hire from other agencies did not know what to expect. In conclusion Kimco have helped me find two jobs that I have really enjoyed. I am currently still working for them but they have found a job for me that will hire me. So I am truly grateful.

Kimco is a great place to go to if you need work but this kimco is a damn joke. I transferred from the Anaheim location to this one which I have to say the Anaheim location is one of the best ones. Anyways got connect with john at this location that was helping me find work which he said he did but was waiting for the info on the place I had to report to. Put this way the guy is so very unprofessional gave me a start day and never call me back with the info or return my emails. I call so many times and email the guy but nothing there scam artist here. they promise you work to only keep u siting around waiting for a call that u will never get. What a joke and waste of time because I was promised work so many times and a actual date and nothing never happend. it left me financially unstable due to their promises.
