The staff working on Tuesday, August 4th 2020 at 7:30 pm est were actually amazing. I walked in after seeing a deal for ice cream on the red text sign outside. Their system didn't have it on record, but they looked outside, saw the sign, and made it happen. Super pleased with the 2 of them I interacted with. Please give them both a raise.

This store is the best! Had an issue today, trying to get an anti nausea script for my pregnant niece who was flying back home today after a short vacation here. She couldn’t get an answer from her Walgreens at home to do a refill. They wouldn’t call her doctor office. She called her doctor and could only leave a message. In less than one hour, Tina at the Glenshaw Walgreens contacted my niece’s doctor and refilled the script for her here so she could have a comfortable plane ride home. Thank you, Tina!!!! You’re the best!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a custom photo album (which I spent about an hour organizing/cropping photos on pages). It was supposed to be there in a week. It never came, and each time I inquired in person or on the phone, I was never told that the order was voided! Now I will go elsewhere to get photo album for my sister's birthday - it will be late. Thanks Walgreens!
