I actually thought this was the best store.. I came to send a amazon package back and received good customer service. Sent a picture with frame for son memorial, the frame was broken went it arrived, customer service was great, received money back. I went in for notary, no problem. I came back the next to say that the insurance company wants it to be on the same paper, could they stamp my letter instead of providing the stamp on a separate sheet, the manager said no, I would have to now pay an additional $50.00 to correct the paper. She was rude, I said I have a question, she went to the back, 2 other people came in and she assisted them never once came back to me, I was trying to talk to the other 2 workers they all ignored me. I had to go somewhere else to have my paper stamped, pay another fee, God is good , after showing them by paper they notarized it for $15.00. I was really disappointed in The UPS store this time around.

Brought in my packages to this location & the lady at the front desk forgot to scan both my packages. I seen that amazon was still waiting for my drop off so When i returned the same day to ask about my packages , they basically told me there was nothing i could do about it. Make sure to be attentive & get receipts.

Friendly and experienced staff will assist you with your shipping, handling and labeling process. They also carry a big selection of shipping items to make the process easier. They encourage the new Covid19 policies and regulations, plus the store it's always clean and well maintained. Just check the business hours before heading to the store, to make sure its open.

I will avoid moving forward. Bad customer service compared to other stores. Other stores will take Amazon items without packing, print labels, and pack it for you at no charge. This store charges for even printing the label which is prepaid by Amazon.
