It's early thursday morning stuck in the post office line clerk said "your card is FUBAR'd" now I'm struck on hold til nine and after endless hassle a CFPB complaint I made a new account elsewhere but the Hyrda said "no you ain't" Last thing I wanted, was to be here anymore I had to get my money out I had to hit the door "Relax" said the Hydra "We are programmed to receive" "You can log out any time you like" "But you can never leave!"

Claudia Chotto was phenomenal! I was a BBVA customer that was absorbed into PNC and I was having trouble navigating the changes. Ms.Chotto met me in-person and was warm and very helpful with all of my questions. Ultimately PNC wasn't competitive enough for me to stay with them, anyone above the local branch level was dismissive or unhelpful. If you need help, schedule an in-person appointment instead of playing telephone tag with the larger offices.

The Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have been trying to get service for a month and I am told the system is down. I was determined to settle my matter and I spoke with 4 different representatives over a time of 50 minutes with no resolve. The last representative that I spoke with stated he would call back when the system was up and I never received a call back. I decided to just go into a local bank and complete payment but it says it’s temporarily closed. Just trying to close out my loan and can’t get any help. This is not good at all.

i bank here, Checking & Savings. ive never had a problem in bank or by phone pretty cool staff , low rates and chargers. ONLY THING IS, its a tad far from my house so i sometimes dread taking the 15 to 20 minute drive (THANK GOD FOR ONLINE BANKING) ALL IN ALL GREAT BANK 👍🏾
