I’ve eaten at this store a number of times and each time I have been met with positive attitudes and had enjoyable experiences all around. Today my order was going to arrive late due to them not having french bread, but they called me immediately and let me know that it would be made as soon as the bread finished baking and also gave me a call to let me know that bread was done and I could expect my order shortly. Great customer service from the folks I talked with there today.

Ordered for a hungry client because I’m a few blocks away and JJ is usually take only 12 min to get here. 45min later still no sandwiches clients gone… called to cancel it and she told me they had a hug rush and my order probably just got sent out and couldn’t confirm and didn’t cancel order. Still waiting this location is disappointing ***update*** after an hour went by I called demanding to cancel my order and she kept putting me on hold and coming back and asking for my number… after being put on hold and asked my number 3times I told her to just keep the money. I ordered the sandwiches at 12:36 and it finally arrived at 2:05. As a business owner I’m one to be a “karen” or write bad reviews but for this Freaky fast service I felt it appropriate
