I lived at Oak Vale in one of the phase 2 renovated, 2 bedroom apartments for 2 years. The apartments themselves are beautiful and solidly constructed (5/5 stars). The maintenance staff is very responsive and helpful (5/5 stars). The complex is quiet and nicely located, with lots of wildlife. I have 2 issues, however: 1) there was very little communication between management about our moveout. My husband and I received promises in writing from one staff member that were denied by others. I had to hound them to ensure that I would get any of my rental deposit back in the midst of Covid. 2) the management response to Covid 19 and the possibility of a rent strike was despicable. The management frames themselves as friends, but their response was passive aggressive and threatening. Overall, the apartment itself was great but the property management leaves a great deal to be desired.

Lived here for three years now and love it! Management is awesome, beautiful and peaceful here in the woods. Apartments are maintained well, and there are a variety of floor plans. A very positive experience, and I'm happy to call Oak Vale home.

We moved in a few months ago and Oakvale has far surpassed our expectations in its amenities and staff friendliness. They've joyfully come and fixed our blinds and shower drain in under 24 hours of me emailing them and always offer a warm welcome when I come into the office. Thanks guys!

Me & and my wife moved to Corvallis about 2 months ago. We initially choose Oak Vale because they offer a one month lease also at a very good price. We were concerned that it is a bit of a walking distance to my wife college. But after one month staying here, we decided to stay as long as we are in the area with Corvallis bus is just in front of the complex and yeah it's free.You can easily go around with it. The staff and management team here are really friendly and helpful. They address any issues almost immediately. The price is very reasonable and very quiet. Would recommend it to anyone. We are staying at phase I 2 BR/1BA.A bit old but very clean.

Hi Jules! We would love to show you around. We have two different types of two bedrooms, Phase 1 and Phase 2. I have a Phase 2, A plan to look at this week and a Phase 1 two bedroom to look at later this month. Our office is open from 8-5 Monday-Friday, when works best for you to stop by? I can also send a virtual tour to you if you don't want to wait on the Phase 1 to come open to tour. When are you looking to move in?
