This restaurant is the best in the region. Really good food, atmosphere, beautiful scenery, clean dining and restrooms, and a very nice gift/craft shop. Most of all my family and I enjoy the kind folks that work there. They’re the heart and soul of the entire operation. My family has been driving 40 miles (one way) nearly every Sunday for 25 years for their wonderful AYCE buffet on Saturday & Sundays. Most of the staff are what we call ”the originals” who have been there longer than that. They maintain a high standard for their staff with food, cleanliness and customer service that will leave your hunger long behind you and a big smile on your face when you leave. The price is reasonable as well. You won’t be disappointed!

great buffet and service. Visited Friday night fur the seafood buffet. They had a large salad bar. the entree bar had clams. fried shrimp, fish, Mac and cheese and more. There was also dessert and ice cream.

Had a very country feel to the place. Self-serve buffet was decent, I personally didn't try the salad bar, and the dessert bar was also pretty decent. I tried both cobblers they had out, I liked the cherry one best. The whole experience including the server was very average to me, no complaints. I'll probably try it again the next time I'm out this way.

A lovely, comfortable restaurant with a good buffet and a fascinating historic artist colony nearby! The food was standard American comfort food- the Mac and cheese and gravy were especially good. However, the real highlight was the artisan colony. Everyone was kind and enthusiastic about their crafts, and the historic buildings were beautiful and had lots of information about the area. If you're passing through I really recommend this place!
