This branch does not value time. We were told to wait 45 minutes for service then they told me there is another appointment and sent us home. Meanwhile, the manager is conveniently on the phone. Bank of America does don't care about customer service, period.

I am customer of the bank and was trying to cash a foreign check in my name. I was treated with a suspicion like I am a criminal. Staff did everything they could not to assist me in cashing a valid check (balance from a closed account belonged to me). I will do everything possible to avoid dealing with Bank of America, even though they are a walking distance from my home.

They are having issues with staffing, the banks in the area do not have enough staff to keep the doors open so some days they have no option but to temporarily close
All B of A branches have reduced schedules... open 3 - 4 days a week. Your map app should show their schedule information
If you have a bank account with BofA, then notary services are free.
