Opens at 9am. Well today they opened late 9:08 am. You might be thinking why does it make a difference right. Lateness trickles down. You ride up on a bike open the office late, have a customer waiting who do not get the service needed until 9:18 and your customers end up late to work also. Understand the importance of being on time. 1. I walk in no one speaks that seems rude. I had to say good morning and it felt strange. 2. I had to ask if my personal information was safe 3. Place look professional but is ran unprofessional. 4. If this a motherland family business it shows. 5. We handle business differently in the US
