Everytime I go here in the afternoon (4 times so far) there is only one person working. Dude works fast but seems swamped with tasks. This UPS store should hire an additional employee, but maybe it's not in the budget for UPS. Poor guy. I appreciate your efforts. Lol one time he kinda just disappeared in the back room for like 5 minutes. I don't blame the dude at all. I blame the lack of staffing.

UPS allows for automatic redirecting of all packages, and so I have my packages delivered here for me to pick up. Always friendly service, and Christian in particular does a great job and is super friendly! I tried the store on 120th & Crenshaw, and this one on Hawthorne always has quicker service, which is part of the reason why I always use this one now :-)

There are times that a customer must express their gratefulness about a business in written form. This is the time that i share my GREAT pleasure to be a customer at this UPS store. From the time they open and throughout the day, they stay busy doing the professional job they do day in and day out. Christian is the BEST of the BEST !!! I mean this guy is on his job with such dedication to customer service, its almost unbelievable !!!. It takes a certain quality committed person to handle 100's of customers daily, and at times all by himself, without the slightest complaint coming from him. This store also has many other great people doing an excellent job daily. Again this UPS store is what exemplifies the core values of UPS worldwide service and it full-fills its mission statement, with myself and many others, by providing the BEST customer service out of ALL the UPS store in Southern California.
