The clients get mediocer care cause of the emplyees they let work there and corporate is the worst dont trust a thing they say. Sad we live in a world where good working people get treated so bad in this feild.

Renew consulting is the worse place ever to work for. I was a loyal worker for over a year and took darn good care of my clients to the best of my abilities. But I didn't get anything but heartache from this company. Screwed from my raise and bonus. After losing a client I was being forced and harassed to still come into work when I was not mentally ready... Thanks for nothing renew... I believe in karma...

I’ve worked for Renee Consulting for a year now and I love my job! For years I worked taking care of elderly with Alzheimer’s and dementia which was very hard but that job never took me as far as Renee has. From the beginning I started out making more money then I ever did working in assisted living with the elderly. With the clients I take care of now I get more one on one time with them, I am able to take them out in the community and shop with them, take them to visit family, go the coast with them and take them almost anywhere they want to go. Believe me the job does have ups and downs but what job doesn’t?? Over all this is the Best company I’ve ever worked for! i get my 40 hours in 3 days working 2 sixteen hr shifts and 1 eight hour shift and get four days off, for me that is awesome, not to mention I can usually work overtime as well if I want to. No one pushes anyone to come in on days off and now after a year I have the schedule I want. My direct manager and regional manager both care about the staff and do what they can to take care of our shifts and needs at work when we are sick. Assisted living always made me find my own coverage unless i had a doctors note! My bosses at Renew help find someone to cover even if it means covering the shift themselves when we are sick or have family emergencies!!! That is important to me !!! Renew Consulting has been good to me and I don’t see myself working anywhere else ever until I retire! Not to mention I love my clients and so far out of the 8 houses I’ve worked in over time covering here or there I have good repore with the clients as well!

They go above and beyond to provide the greatest service possible. i highly recommend them to anyone who is either looking for employment or wanting to make a difference in someone's life. They have been more than willing to assist me on getting the time off that I needed to be with my family. Renew has given me the opportunity to help those who need a little more assistance.
