Two days in a row now I go in for breakfast through the drive-through order to specific sandwiches and neither one of them are right! I tried to call five times in a row to complain and no one answers. I’ve never worked at McDonald’s but I have gone long enough in my lifetime to know how every sandwich is supposed to be made it’s not rocket science! Prices went up and that definitely makes it harder on people so companies should at least give you what you pay for.

You have the best coffee ever and I will go out of my way just for your coffee, please let those know at the window who hands you your order, after I've told them when I placed the order a straw, a spoon or something to stir your coffee with. Typically I have to ask for it. That's insane. Thank you for letting me vent but I love your coffee no matter where I go. What state I'm in? I look for your coffee.

Slow service, pull over we are brewing a fresh pot, this because I ordered creme on the side (not for me, I don't drink coffee) and they put the creme in the coffee (over my objections). I brought the food back to my campsite (good thing since there was no plastic ware to eat with in the bag) and found my big breakfast with hotcakes was missing the hot cakes. Clueless and uncaring about the job people will not have to work as hard, because they eliminate repeat business.

Only 1 working kiosk. Our order was correct, the staff seemed responsible (especially compared to other branches). We ate inside & paid the tax to do so but no one brought our order, we had to fetch it (it was bagged not on a tray). Save your money- hit 'to go' instead cuz that's how you'll get it anyway!!! The tables were either messy or not available. I've had worse; it wasn't great but not bad either. The food was mostly fresh but IMO the sweet tea is no good at ANY McDonald's anymore 😔
