The park has a few nicely paved and maintained walking paths through a thin layer of trees and along the water, with many spots to stop and enjoy the creek. There are multiple picnic areas that are available to be reserved for larger parties, restrooms, a large playground for children, lots of open spaces for pets and picnics, multiple tennis courts, and disabled parking and accessible entrances to the public restrooms. This is a good park that isn't too busy, at least in the fall. It's nice for a short walk if you have some time on lunch break from work, and the sights are wonderful here. Highly recommended.

I tried to hike 5 miles a day. This park is AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS! The trail starts off pretty easy. But it tends to be on even there a lot of rocks a lot of gravel so for anyone who has problems with knees or their backs it's practically not ideal. If you are a photographer a nature lover it's perfect! It has easy access to the river for anyone who has little people who like to play in the water or look for frogs or fish. It's great for fishing! There is a park for little people, jungle gym. There is a shelter for picnickers. I cannot say enough positive things about this part!

I moved from Ohio 20 yrs ago but I frequented this park many times when I lived there. Are the hollow trees still there or have they fallen/been cut down?

Some have fallen down but there is at least one large hollow Sycamore tree still standing.

Is the fishing good at Sycamore Park?

I have not fished at Sycamore park. It is right on the east fork of the Little Miami river and it is fairly shallow except by the dams which are in that area. Even so it is usually less than 5 ft deep unless there's been a lot of rain.
