I went to this O’Reilly store at 2230 Bauer Road, in Batavia at 6:20 this evening. I walked up to the counter and spoke to Jayden. I told him I needed wiper blades for my car. I told him the make, model, and year of my car. He walked me over to the wiper blades and helped me pick out my blades. He suggested the middle of the line priced blades. Perfect! I picked out the brand and price I wanted to pay. I asked him if he could do a favor for me. I needed him to install them. He said sure without hesitation. I paid for the wipers and asked how much the installation would be. He told me it’s free. We walked outside and he changed them in 5 minutes. Thank you so much Jayden. My blades make my windshield streakless and very clear. Jayden is a keeper. Please let him know how much I appreciate him, his great customer service and attention to details.
