Typically pretty satisfied with the service and absolutely love the Buffalo Chicken pizza, however the last few times I've ordered it, it's been borderline inedible...very greasy, chicken overcooked or both. Also lately seem to be told 20-25 minutes for pickup and then when I get there after about 25 minutes I end up waiting another 10-15 before my food is ready. If I didn't know how good you guys can be from previous positive experience I would probably give 2 or 1 star review. I want to continue giving my business to you but honestly your service needs to get back on track. Edit: Thank you for reaching out and making it right. We will definitely continue supporting you! This is the Buffalo Chicken pizza I was accustomed to and it was delicious!

Had a meat calzone for lunch with marinara for dipping. Was tasty. Only issues were serving the warm food on a cold plate and the restaurant being a bit cold (temperature was really cold outside today). Definitely not reasons to avoid to coming back when I'm in town!
