Great place to just hang out, read a book, watch the boats, fish or sunbathe. If your lucky you might see a manatee or two floating around as well.

Yes
No dogs allowed on the beach for obvious reason.
Not at this time .the park consist of a ramp ,play ground and restroom facilities with trailer parking and limited car parking. The pavilion is able to be rented ( reserved ) . And picnic tables are available.
As a non-resident, I believe you will need a permit to fish any Florida waters. You can get a temporary for visiting pretty reasonably at any sporting goods store. Even Walmart. Here you can catch mostly catfish, sheepshead, Jack's, and redfish. All but the cat's are good table fare.
No fees for the pier and no over night parking
