No matter how many times I apply for a credit card I can never get it approved here even though I have a good enough income. This bank is a complete joke and I'm considering switching.

Horrible place,every time I go in I meet barking "customer service "MAD and condescending manager complaining "business is slow!!??",when he approaches you he is intimidating and today ,a 63 year old like me had to run out of this place when a teller could not type my phone number 10 minutes and asked me to fo it????!!!....when I went to a different window the "manager" followed me,and while I'm doing my transaction started barking questions at me after I already told him what happened,harassing me pretending to hrlp.Sill close my account unless one of the people who rub such a great place contacts me so they save their reputation

They never seem to be fully staffed. First Tech customer service seems to be in a massive downward spiral. Its a 20 min wait time just for a simple deposit and withdraw of a check. Incredibly disappointing.

Great branch. I've always had great experiences with the first tech branches the last 10 years that I've been banking with them (their call center - not so much!). I came unto this particular branch on a tuesday morning around 10:30 to obtain a new debit card, with my 5 year old in tow. A teller greeted me immediately and I informed her I was there for a new card. She was very friendly and asked me to take a seat because there was one person ahead of me getting a card. As we walked over to the waiting area, my son was delighted to see the lego table in the waiting area (he's a Lego nut), especially after complaining about going to the "boring bank" on the way there. It was only about a 10 minute wait, and I was pleased to have the legos to occupy my wiggly little guy. The employee who helped me with the card was very professional and nice, and we were finished within 10 minutes. My only complaint is that it was hard to tear my son away from the toys!

I believe now it's only the one at Keizer Station that has one.
No. They used to, and it was always "broken". I think the assistant manager just didn't like it, because she had a really bad attitude about it. Now they make you go all the way down to the South Commercial branch; or you can pay a small percentage at the nearby Safeway.
