I ordered a floral spray for a memorial service. I am out of state, but prefer to telephone a local florist directly. Trish was very helpful and interested in making this a positive experience. The flowers arrived on time and, somewhat unusual these days, looked exactly like the photo in the website. Trish brought a caring attitude to this transaction which I appreciate.
