Absolutely disappointed in the lack of service we received last night. We drove from Amelia to Batavia as they are open 30 more minutes than the Amelia location. We arrived in the drive thru line at 9:35pm with only 5 cars ahead of us to the ordering menu. We waited patiently for 30 minutes to arrive at the speaker only to have the lights cut out to the building and be told that they closed at 10 and would not be serving us. Sadly, it was not only us, but an additional 7/8 cars who arrived on the premises prior to 10:00 pm who I can only assume were told the same ridiculousness. We left understandably upset and called the store. I didn't catch the name of the male but he did mention he was a manager in training. I asked him why and he told us that because they still had things to do to go home and that someone ordered $60 of food that put them behind with orders so they were not serving anyone else for the evening and closing. I'm not sure if this is truly how your franchise operates but turning away 8 or so cars who arrived before your closing time is likely not a great sales decision for any business. While I understand the position of being busy and still having to clean up, it doesn't excuse not taking care of those who pay those paychecks..

Great service even when busy. Nice to see dine in open even when others (not sure why at this point) are closed.
