The people that work there are the rudest and barely act like you are there. I didnt know I was going to be walking into a rave when I went to get some shoes. Music so loud you cant talk to each other. I would buy shoes at any other store in the mall (foot locker, JD) I would honestly risk going to Macys shoe section. At least someone would acknowledge you there.

Champs have some of the most unhappy rude people working for them. They always close early and have zero customer service skills. I let everyone in my family pick out shoes and I went to get them $1,800 worth but since I arrived at 7:45 they was rude and told me they was closed

Came in for size exchange. Manager was clueless of how to exchange them and he ended up bagging the same size i came in with..was a far drive for me so i called so they would hold them for me. But phone discinnected. Very disappointed
