I went in to look at a skateboard and worker name (Mikey) helped me out and showed me all boards. I told him I was just look not to buy. He gave me good pointers in tips about skating. When I left out I was at the food court and couldn’t stop thinking about the great services he provided me. I went back in and got the board. It was perfectly how I wanted it and cheaper than anywhere else in Cincinnati/northern KY area. I highly recommend this store and as I told him. I wouldn’t have gotten the board if he never gave me good customer service.

These employees have been super busy everytime I've stopped in. Short staffed but very helpful. So pleased with my experience I'll be back soon to customize my own.

Walked in at 2:33p, woman or manager greeted me, told her what I was looking for and she sent me to the back and said that she had 4 people back there and she would let them know that I was heading back there. Been sitting here for almost 40 minutes. No one has asked me if I need help or if I’ve even been helped. Every one of these employees has walked past me and looked at me but not approached me. And the only girl out of the four was standing behind me socializing with a friend about how she was getting an outfit and a baby someone had. Nice to know that you have to literally be holding a shoe in your hand to even be approached at all. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A SATURDAY AND ITS SUPER BUSY, but this is ridiculous.
