Solid way to get in shape and maintain. Been lifting most of my life at this point, but going to classes has re-energized my approach to fitness. Trainers are great and the facility is well-maintained. Have tried other local gyms with and without classes, you wont be disappointed with OTF. Plus, having the statistics on your work out is helpful to track progress and goals.

If I could give this OT studio a 100/10, I freaking would. Everyone from the coaches to the front desk are INCREDIBLE. I had an issue after moving from Washington to Wyoming and was SWEATING calling OT trying to figure it out but Maddie was amazing! Seriously so nice and kind and truly the best. I love taking Devon’s & Trish’s classes - never had a better workout in my life. Seriously, if you just moved to Camas and need a good work out - OT East Vancouver is IT.

OTF EVC is the best studio in the area! Once you step into the studio, you are greeted and helped by the friendly staff. The staff and coaches are always kind, respectful, and are always there to help you along your fitness journey. The classes are awesome and structurally planned out for their members everyday, in order to reach their full potential. There is never one dull day, but instead are always looking forward to the next workout.

OTF is my new obsession!! Love the supportive staff, how everyone is so responsive to the members. The classes are awesome and I plan to go as often as my body will let me. This is a great team of trainers and staff.
