We don’t have maintenance, mice infestation all throughout the building, nasty neighbors, no good parking, no one is ever in the office or answers the phone in a timely manner, hard to get in contact with anyone. Oh yeah and did I mention the mice?

I contacted maintenance just for them to tell me that they don’t even work for flyer pointe apartments(Which we were never informed) anymore and that they couldn’t fix the mice issues that’s been going on since 09.21. I keep my place very clean so I know the issue isn’t me plus I live alone. The issues is that there are many cracks and holes that needs repair in the building that they won’t fix. Maintenance didn’t even care that they “Didn’t work for flyer pointe anymore” and acted mad nonchalantly. Melissa the manager here never knows anything or answer the phone. This place a dump and is definitely my last year here. Oh && don’t believe these five stars they are from family && friends && workers of the company!

I stayed there for a year. There was leak in the restroom which was never fixed and caused mold. I left the apart at the end of June 2021, clean and in good shape with no altercation or damage, but never got my deposit back. The new manager Melissa said the old manager Stacey reported the apartment wasn’t clean and turned my deposit towards cleaning fee. I have the proof that apartment was clean. Dropped bunch of emails, calls but no response.

Their front desk is very rude and unreasonable. Just called for the availability of their studio and one bedroom, telling me no studio available. And went on their site saw a one-bedroom available there, just called again to confirm if it's really available. The front desk lady got mad at me and started yelling, saying I told you nothing is available. Apparently either their website is inaccurate or she has wrong information, just can't understand why she became mad at me. At this point already doubting what kind of service they can provide, and don't want to move in there.......Wish I could give 0 stars.
