We love Albany Pet Hotel! We have used both their day care and boarding services now and have had only good experiences. I especially appreciate that each of the employees shows a genuine interest in my dog and her wellbeing under their care, on top of just being kind people!

My girl India loves it here! They actually PLAY with the pups! A miracle help for my rescue malinois in our first few weeks. And so much so, 3+ yrs later we keep coming back. Much appreciated! Thank you Natalie and your awesome staff! 5yrs:Great job on my dogs nails, each and every time... with a fantastic price. Sarah is great!

The people here are fabulous! We have an 5yo pug and a 1yo great dane, and they both love staying here, from an afternoon to a few nights. We often get fun anecdotes from the front desk workers when we pick them up that helps us feel our boys are well taken care of.

This place is amazing! When we had our cat stay here awhile back it was a great experience and then we just boarded our dog and again, wonderful experience. They are always so welcoming and sweet. I felt like they genuinely care for each animal so well. Our pup had such a great time she didn’t even care that I came to bring her home! Definitely will be sending her there for doggy day care now and any furniture boarding. Thank you guys!

If I am not mistaken you have to be 18
I know that at one time they took cats. The people are really good with cats when they come in to get their nails clipped.
Go to the local Humaine Society going to Tangent on Hwy 99, turn left at the light just before the overpass for Hwy 34. Go over the tracks, past some warehouses till you see a road on the right just before the Humaine Society. Turn right, then next left and go to the entrance where some one will direct you to their cat/ kitten area. Good luck. All cats can learn to walk with a harness and leash. Good luck.
Yes. Call in advance. Call more ahead for holidays and other busy times of the year. They have exceptional customer service at their front desk. IIRC, you can put down a deposit or just pay in full. If you've put down a deposit and you're not sure if you're going to keep your stay, don't forget to cancel in time for them to rebook your companion rooms.
