Our son attended a birthday party at the pool, it was ok. The pool area is fairly run down. We had to get a wrist band at the front desk to go into the pool area, but had to knock on the door for someone to let us in due to the key card locks being active. There were no towels in the pool area.. overall it just seemed as if there is not a lot of attention being paid to the hotel.

We booked months in advance for a family get together and were told 79 dollars per night for the rooms we requested. The rooms were adjoining pool side which was great, that was were the great ended though. Both rooms had dried blood stains on sheets and duvets and paint was peeling off the ceiling tiles in the bathroom. When I got the bill we were billed 120 a night with no explanation other then that's what we charge staff person said a manager would call back.... still waiting. We were ok with the rooms for 79 but fell way short at 120!

Have different feeling about this place. Something was good, something not really. Thinks that I not like. Looks like hotel people use a lot but maintenance not care much (lots of scratches and marks on doors and walls). Housekippers did good job, room was clean and hallways also. In day we stay there was some kind of auction, that's why after 9:00am was so loud. Breakfast only till 9:30 (wish to be longer). Somehow I get room, where someone already stay. But thanks for frondesck staff they fix that and was very kind and helpful.

Just stopped in the lounge for a drink after a long drive. My husband and I were dressed nicely after a meeting. The girl behind the bar just said "uh huh" when my husband said we wanted a couple of drinks, then she walked to the back and didn't return, this after having a grand time with some patrons at a table next to us. Very suspicious (didn't like our race?) as the friends' table she helped were her race, and we are not, so she blew us off. After fifteen minutes of her not waiting on us, we left. We were in this lounge last year and last year it was ridiculously bad, we returned as as a hoot to see if it improved, but NEVER expected this treatment. Not sure why the website says this place is family friendly. It's the dregs.
