Left work early to be there by 4:45 to pick up a package that I haven’t been able to pick up because I work late and they were closed before 5 on a Monday. If you’re going to say you’re closed at 5 but close before 5 change your hours.

AJ at this post office charged my mom $24 to pull a package off one shelf and place it on a different shelf for pickup. If you ever wondered why being a government employee is a laughing stock these days, this is why. Pathetic customer service.

I was waiting for a package to arrive at my boyfriends place because it was only shipping to the US. I downloaded the app and a couple days later, it told me that the package arrived. I asked him if he could look for it and nothing, I looked closer at the map (in the app) and it showed that it was delivered to the wrong address. I had called computer service after trying to deal with the voice male for 10 minutes, she asked me questions if I was expecting a package and if I looked everywhere. After I spent another 10 ministers explaining everything, she told me that they can’t go off of the app’s information because it wasn’t theirs and told me that the package was delivered to the right address. All she did was give me a case number and told me that the post office would call me back. Hours later, they finally called me just to tell me that the drive delivered it to that address on the front porch and for me to look again while she gave me attitude, was sighing and just made it seems like I was a bother to her. My boyfriend went to the address that the app gave him and my package was at that address not my boyfriends. Horrible service and didn’t do anything about it, it would haven’t been such a big deal if the package was +$50 or if it wasn’t so hard to get. The drivers there should be a lot more careful where they deliver other peoples things and the costumer service peoples/post office people should take more care into what they do and listen to both sides of the stores.
