A great apartment at a great price! Quiet, secure, and very nice place to live. It's got to be one of the best in Williston. Personally, I wouldn't live anywhere else! It's right in the middle of supermarkets and dining places.

Our family moved in last month. As promised, the view is amazing. Very spacious and bright living room just the way we like it. Great price for the area and office staff always attentive and willing to help. Highly recommend.

I've lived at North Gate for over a year now. The units are nice and the managers have been very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The maintenance here is also very quick to fix any problems with appliances. I would definitely recommend giving North Gate a look if you need an affordable apartment.

I moved here last year and have had a wonderful experience. My apartment and garage were clean when I moved in and everyone I’ve met in the complex has been pleasant. Katie, Sarah, Brandon, and the rest of the staff are kind, easy going, and helpful. I love going to get packages and being welcomed with warm conversation and friendliness. They’re all also patient with tenants and understand everyone’s different situations. But a note to the complex owners, I’d reconsider the new addition to this team. The newer employee is less sociable, hard to communicate with, and honestly, I try to avoid. They definitely aren’t my favorite, but everyone else is.
