The last time we went was the last straw. They miss diagnosed my dogs BROKEN TOE an infection multiple times. We went to a professional to do the surgery cause they wanted to take off the whole toe and part of his paw. He would never work again. My dog is a service dog so that was not the answer. Our surgeon only removed a small portion of his toe only has a month healing. We wanted to get his foot rewrapped after he managed to get it off. They were rude and disrespectful. My sister was taking him in as he is her service dog and I was at work. He was in so much pain and was fighting getting in the truck. It was an emergency visit. What is the point of a emergency visit if you have to set it as an appointment basically.

Will never bring any of my pets here. Have to have an appointment for simple dewormer. Have a cat that needs dewormed asap, with how bad she has them, but they want to use it as a money maker to have to charge an entire office visit. Ordering dewormer online, but I was hoping I could treat her quicker. Not paying an arm and a leg for $10 dewormer. They care more about making money than the animals.

My husband called at 6:30 at night last night and asked to speak to someone because our cat quit walking and something was wrong with its leg. The person who answered which we were assuming was a nurse because she gave out medical advice, told us that the charge would be $350 and that's normal for cats to hurt their leg, and it would be fine overnight and just give the cat 2 ml of Tylenol, call in the morning. (My husband have the phone on speaker so my son also heard what she said) The next day we went in, the vet told us that Tylenol is poisonous to cats, nobody should have giving out medical advice unless it was the vet, and someone tried covering up the fact that we had called and they had to dig deep in their records to find the phone number. Sounds like all sorts of shady from all these reviews are going on with the people who are answering phones. They are very negligent!! This place need to revamp who is working these phones after hours!

Kind staff, reasonable prices, and a happy kitty. I took my cat Raven in to check my suspicions that she was pregnant. The vet performed an ultrasound and confirmed that she was. They kept her overnight and got her in the next day to spay her and on my request, remove the kittens which we suspect were from her brother. Yikes! It was affordable and Raven is recovering beautifully. I was impressed by the fast action to get her in the next day and am so thankful she had a safe and professional surgery. THANK YOU!
