I called the manager after buying a VR set and she was very patient with my frustration and handled my attitude supremely. I thought the game voutchers were missing. The staff that sold me my setup were very informative and upbeat and made black Friday rock! I definitely recommend this store.

If you preorder the game you'll have to pick up the game at Gamestop and that's a hard copy but if you preorder a digital copy it will be on the system you ordered it for

Depends on the game. Is is based the current demand for that game and how many game stops already have used copies. If you have just released games you normally can get more in store credit for those.
