I would give the place 5 stars, but sometimes I go there and there is only one person working and the wait times get ridiculous. That being said, as far as the customer service goes, 5 stars all day long!! There are only two ladies that work there from what I’ve seen, and they are so friendly and helpful. I used to hate going to the post office because the employees would be crabby, but the gals that work at Badlands are TOP NOTCH!!

The staff here are the best! I had transposed my box numbers when I gave my address to two different people. I called and the ladies were so helpful and nice! I received both packages. Thank you so much ladies!!

Mailed my 16 year old daughter my GPS for her first road trip and I didn't think about bringing/using bubble wrap to protect the GPS, so I took off my socks and wrapped them around the GPS and the clerk taped it up. The lady at the counter asked me if i was sure if i wanted to use my socks that I was wearing, and i said yes, at least she'll know that it's from Dad. My daughter got her GPS safe and sound in Utah. Thank you Ladies!!!!!!
