Nothing but bad experiences trying to get my packages. They do not even attempt delivery and then just go drop my packages off at the ups store for me to go pick up. Tried calling customer service to see why this was happening but its always either nobody ever knows anything and can't tell me why or you can't even get through to speak with someone.

Package delivery company can’t figure out how to deliver packages. Absolutely terrible in this area. Something needs to change or the better business bureau needs to be involved.

Very poor customer service. They would not let me pick up after driving a hour because they failed to deliver on give date. Told they this package is temperature sensitive can can not be left outside for the weekend. They also refuse to pay for replacement due to negligence. Offered $100 on a $2,000 insurance. You are better off using a carrier pigeon.

Next day air package sent from NC to Watford City, shipped 1/28, showed it was out for delivery from Williston 1/29, 6:30pm rolls around on 1/29, then it magically says my address was wrong. I triple verified with the sender my address, even have a receipt from the sender with my correct address on it, but it seems it was getting dark around 6pm, so my impression is that the driver didn’t want to deliver past 6pm. This was a critical package. I had another instance where I watched the UPS driver pull up to my driveway, watched the tracking on my phone change from out for delivery to undeliverable, then watch the driver pull away. My suggestion is to never use UPS again. Absolutely ridiculous!
