I’m so disappointed in my service today. I placed an order online, checking the website to make sure the restaurant had curbside pick up. When not given the option with my order, I called the restaurant to make the change. I was told that this service was no longer available due to staff shortage. I explained that I broke both of my feet (by the way I’m in cast, non driving one) and would they please make an exception. I was placed on hold to refer to the manager. The server, returning to my call stated, “sorry we no longer provide this service”. So, I picked up my order, walking inside…the restaurant is empty. Now I’m really mad. I asked for manager which took 5 minutes to greet me, again not happy. The first comment he made was..I been working here for only two days, (ok?) I explained the situation and I was told that the server was only following policy. I further iterated that the server placed me on hold to talk to the manager. However he continued to blame the server. Which was followed by “have a nice evening ma’am”. Sarcastically I might add. Additionally, my order was incorrect and the staff included two Heineken beers in my bags. I’m glad I was of age to receive alcohol. Shame on you BW3 Medina!

General Manager Chaz is a complete tool. I order my food that arrived ice cold and the fried pickles appetizer had hardly anything in it. Called to get my food remade and he refused. Worst location and needs to be shut down. Arrogant and rude leadership.

The wings were very good. The service was mediocre, informing guests of deals such as buy one get one free, should be mentioned. I found out after buying 30 traditional wings for $35 , on Thursday is buy one boneless wing get one free. This was being advertised on the TV I watched while waiting for my wings. Overall it's a big sports bar, and the mood of the environment is great, but my interaction with the younger cashier wasn't that great.

I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings numerous times. Their food is delicious and they have many tvs to watch all sorts of sports. We ordered mozzarella sticks & fried pickles. They both came out hot & fresh. Between the 4 of us, our dinners were 5 pc chicken tenders (the chicken was very blubbery & chewy) w/ chili cheese fries, a cheese curd bacon cheeseburger (amazingly good), 20 sweet BBQ bone-in wings w/ side of celery & ranch (wings were huge & tasted good), and an all-American cheeseburger w/ fries (it was ok but didn't finish all of it). My son thankfully traded me his cheese curd burger for my tenders. Our waiter was friendly & kept up on our drinks. We came last year & all our food was amazing.
